Training Program (stand alone) $120

– Personalised program based off your current ability and goals. In depth questionnaire will provide necessary information to ensure program is tailored to your current level.

– Access to Videos for exercise explanation

– Scientifically periodised programming to ensure continuous results.

All in-person training is held at Anytime Fitness golden grove or Private facility in Greenwith Adelaide Australia

 

Weekly Personal Training

A minimum commitment of 10 weeks is required for weekly personal training. All sessions are 60 minutes.

One session weekly – $100

Paid in 10 week blocks – $950

Face to face sessions include periodised programming that is personalised based on your goals, lifestyle and access to equipment.
